• Previous experience in automotive BDC preferred, but will train the right candidate.
• Clear, professional communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

• Welcome clients in person or on the phone.
• Schedule service appointments and deliveries.
