Ideal candidates have strong communication and customer service skills, with experience in a customer-facing role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, professional attitude as the primary service contact.
• Serve as the main liaison for customers throughout the service process.
• Listen to concerns, document needs, and explain requested services clearly.
• Prepare transparent service estimates and obtain customer authorization.
• Keep customers informed of progress, changes, and completion times.
• Explain completed work and warranty information to customers.
• Maintain relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Collaborate with technicians and parts to deliver an exceptional experience.
