Salary Range: $72,000.00 - $156,000.00 Commission/year

Compensation

Full-time total annual compensation between $72,000.00 - $156,000.00; including monthly 6.5-7.5% commissions of individual gross profit on service, detail, and parts (excluding warranty), 2% commissions of individual gross profit on parts warranty, and additional monthly 2% commission of individual gross profit on service and parts if the dealership’s monthly customer satisfaction scores exceed the national average.

90-day guarantee of $5,000.00 per month while you train for mentees, according to terms of pay plan.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): All new employees earn 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked in compliance with the applicable state paid sick leave law. Following 36 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn an additional 40 hours of PTO each anniversary year; following 120 months of continuous service, full-time employees earn 80 hours of PTO each anniversary year, according to terms of PTO policies.

• Familiarity with DMS software is a bonus
