You will support the sales representatives, coordinate customer orders, and collaborate with departments across the organization to ensure seamless service. The role requires excellent communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to handle inquiries, process returns and invoicing, and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in increasingly responsible roles.
• Excellent interactive verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proven time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate when appropriate.
• Comfort with technology and ability to learn new systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to Sales Representatives to ensure efficient sales operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Answer, screen, and route incoming telephone calls to appropriate departments or personnel.
• Respond to customer and sales representative inquiries or direct them based on the request or issue.
• Assist with processing customer orders, returns, credits, and invoicing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle escalated customer concerns with professionalism and de-escalate when needed.
• Support pricing inquiries and provide product information and sales tools.
• Collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Operations to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain confidential records within company systems with discretion and integrity.
• Contribute to process improvements to enhance customer and sales support experience.
• Perform general administrative and office support tasks.
