Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2–3 years of related experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders with accurate item codes, quantities, prices, and ship-to details.
• Verify orders and provide confirmations within required timelines.
• Communicate notices and deviations to customers in a timely, professional manner.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics and Accounting to resolve issues.
• Maintain organized customer files and SOPs.
• Assist with Product Deficiency Reports and Customer Requests for Information.
