This role collaborates across departments, supports customers from order through fulfillment, and grows with a culture rooted in community and core values, with starting pay $22 per hour.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service or telemarketing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full range of customer service duties and process orders via multiple channels.
• Maintain knowledge of customer accounts and Will Call procedures.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Buyers, QA, Transportation, and Account Managers.
• Utilize company software tools to support sales and customer service.
• Resolve discrepancies and provide customer solutions with new product lines.
• Follow the company Mission, Vision and Core Values.
