Job summary

Veralto, the parent company behind Ott, seeks a Sales Project Coordinator in Loveland, CO to lead customer communications and cross‑functional project execution. You’ll manage schedules, billing milestones, and internal handoffs across CSS, Production, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics.

Responsibilities include maintaining ERP project data, coordinating third‑party components, and driving on‑time delivery while providing clear status updates to customers. A PMP or PM training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Experience coordinating complex orders, projects, or cross-functional processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-facing presentation and relationship management.
• Experience with integrated solutions or capital equipment projects preferred.
• Microsoft Project experience.
• PMP certification or formal PM training.
• Experience with milestone billing and revenue forecasting.
• Familiarity with project-based manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary customer contact during project execution with regular status updates and meetings.
• Coordinate activities across production, procurement, logistics, and related teams to meet schedules.
• Manage project ERP setup, milestones, and associated documentation.
• Oversee milestone billing and revenue timing, with reporting on backlog and invoices.
• Lead delivery readiness reviews with internal teams to ensure on-time shipments.
• Maintain project documentation, approvals, and governance; support process improvements.
