Job summary

Hach, part of Veralto, is seeking a Project Administrator II in Loveland, CO to coordinate and support R&D efforts for new product development and sustaining projects. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance to keep projects progressing and aligned with objectives.

Reporting to the R&D Manager, you will help maintain schedules, budgets, and risk management, ensuring timely delivery of commitments.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and priorities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and project tracking tools.
• Experience with ERP/PLM/purchasing systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, action items, risks, budgets, and documentation.
• Facilitate project meetings and ensure accountability and due dates are met.
• Support scoping, kickoff, prioritization, and planning to align objectives.
• Provide status updates and escalate risks or resource constraints as needed.
• Coordinate work across Engineering, Product Management, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Support prototype, pilot, launch, and sustaining activities including BOM management.
• Support project financial activities including requisitions and PO tracking.
