Travel Requirement: 50% travel to Sterling, Virginia, USA, during the first year of employment to support onboarding, training, and cross-functional collaboration.
The Sales Project Coordinator serves as the primary customer-facing contact during the execution of complex orders and integrated solutions following receipt of a customer purchase order. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities across Customer Service & Sales Support (CSS), Production, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, Sales, and Technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, billed appropriately, and communicated effectively to customers.
This role focuses on project coordination, customer communication, commercial execution, forecasting, and internal alignment.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $70,000 - $85,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
