KURZ Transfer Products is seeking a Sales Service Representative in Huntersville, NC. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service for Industrial and Graphics products, supporting sales goals, and maintaining satisfaction across internal and external customers.

The candidate should have an Associate’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with proficiency in MS Office and order-entry software. SAP experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely order fulfillment, and proactive problem-solving.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Respond promptly to inquiries regarding product availability.
• Initiate and update sales orders per specifications.
• Verify PO accuracy and information for order completion.
• Monitor order progress and relay updates to stakeholders.
• Maintain records of invoices and orders.
• Lead internal communication with manufacturing, planning, accounting, product, and sales teams.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote products.
• Identify and propose improvements to systems and processes.
