Kurz Transfer Products in Huntersville, NC is seeking a Sales Service Representative to deliver exceptional customer service, support sales revenue goals, and manage orders from receipt to fulfillment.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, planning, and sales teams, respond to inquiries about product availability, verify PO accuracy, and maintain records. An associate degree and at least two years of order-entry experience, with MS Office and SAP familiarity, are preferred.

This position is responsible for customer satisfaction, supporting sales revenue goals as well as market share targets.Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication, timely order fulfillment, and proactive problem-solving.Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding product availability.Initiate, process, and update sales orders according to customer specifications.Verify purchase order accuracy and obtain necessary information for order completion.Monitor job order progress and relay information to internal and external stakeholders.Maintain accurate records of invoices, purchase orders, and other relevant documents.Lead internal communication with manufacturing, planning, accounting, product, and sales management teams.Advocate for teamwork in a fast-paced environment.Collaborate with the sales team to promote new products to existing and potential customers.Identify and recommend improvements to systems and processes for enhanced efficiency.Other duties as required.Shift Information & Work Schedules1st Shift: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday – Friday)1st Shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday – Friday)Note: Exact schedule hours and shift assignments may vary by company needs.Why Work at KURZ Transfer Products?At KURZ, you will be part of a globally recognized leader in surface finishing, design, and technology solutions.
