Job summary

Kele Inc. is seeking a Sales Consultant to join our branch team in Dallas, TX. You will deliver exceptional customer service at the counter, over the phone, and via email, helping customers select products and process orders.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing quotes, entering orders, and supporting outside sales for medium to large projects. A High school diploma and strong communication skills are required; knowledge of the BAS industry is a plus.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of BAS industry and the role of customers, consultants, contractors, end users
• Strong customer service skills and problem solving
• Ability to navigate company website and catalog

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound sales calls and emails
• Provide quotes, enter orders, and follow up on orders
• Support outside sales for medium and large projects
• Handle literature requests and resolve product/service issues
• Maintain knowledge of products in catalog and vendor offerings
• Perform shipping, receiving and inventory duties as required
