Big R Stores in Las Vegas, NM seeks a Team Member to greet customers, respond to needs, and maintain a clean, organized store. You will assist in multiple departments, process transactions, and support loyalty accounts while promoting a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work weekends with a rotating schedule.
• Age minimum 16; some positions require 18 or 21 with additional checks.
• Starting wage is based on experience.
• Ability to assist in other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers as they enter the store and during interactions throughout the visit.
• Listen to customer needs and respond to questions in a friendly, professional manner.
• Create a positive experience by being attentive, patient, and respectful, and by providing accurate information.
• Address issues promptly with management to find effective solutions and ensure customers feel valued.
• Stock and organize products: replenish shelves, keep displays neat, and label items clearly.
• Monitor inventory, rotate products for freshness, and communicate low-stock items to management.
• Keep the sales floor clean and organized; check for damaged/expired products.
• Process customer transactions and assist with product availability inquiries.
• Assist with Customer Loyalty account setup.
• General cleaning and upkeep of store areas; use clear and professional communication when answering phones and radios.
