A starting wage ranges from $12.00 to $15.00 per hour, with opportunity for growth based on experience and store needs. Must be at least 16 years old and able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the store and as you contact them throughout.
• Listen to needs and respond in a friendly, professional and timely manner.
• Strive to create a positive experience by being attentive, patient and respectful, and by offering accurate information.
• Address issues promptly with management support to find effective solutions and ensure customers feel valued.
• Stock and organize products, replenish shelves, rotate inventory and keep displays neat and labeled.
• Process customer transactions and assist customers with product availability.
