Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Cashier (Customer Service Associate) in Florida. You will greet customers, process checkout, and handle returns while providing exceptional service. Full-Time and Part-Time positions are available, with base pay starting at minimum hourly rates and higher with experience.

You’ll support store operations, follow safety processes, and participate in merchandising tasks. Floor & Decor emphasizes teamwork and customer satisfaction daily.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Experience with a POS system is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a helpful and courteous manner.
• Process checkout and handle sales using the POS system.
• Assist with product returns and exchanges per guidelines.
• Open and close registers per procedures.
• Stock, tag and display merchandise as required.
• Answer the telephone according to guidelines.
