Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer service oriented team member for a retail environment in the United States. You will deliver an outstanding service experience to every customer and guest, process sales orders accurately, and assist with opening/closing procedures.

You will help with inventory and loss prevention, aim to meet and exceed sales goals, and work to KPI standards. Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma, and at least 1 year in customer service or sales; legal work

Qualifications

Legally authorized to work in the US.
At least 18 years old.
High school diploma or equivalent required (preferred).
1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
