Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a customer-focused in-store associate to deliver outstanding service, process sales orders, and assist customers with credit applications and financing. You will work toward meeting sales goals and adhere to cash handling procedures.

This role requires legal authorization to work in the US, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred; lifting up to 25 lbs may be required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
