Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking specialists with strong customer service and sales basics to provide an outstanding service experience. You will process orders, help meet sales goals, assist with inventory controls, and support opening/closing duties.

Requirements include a US work authorization, 18 years or older, and a high school diploma or equivalent; 1 year in customer service or sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI's and performance standards.
• Support inventory management and loss prevention procedures.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities.
