Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a store associate to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail setting. You will process transactions, assist customers with financing, and help achieve store KPIs while ensuring accurate cash handling.

Applicants should have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, be legally eligible to work in the US, and be able to lift up to 25 lbs. This role may involve duties at opening or closing times.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• 18 years old or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
