Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a confident customer service professional for our retail client. You will provide a superior service experience, process sales orders accurately, and work toward achieving sales goals in a fast-paced store environment.

The role includes assisting with opening and closing duties, maintaining store standards, and addressing customer concerns as needed. Legal work authorization in the US is required.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience.
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPI targets.
• Address customer concerns independently whenever possible.
