Quality Talent Group in the United States seeks a retail associate to deliver outstanding service in-store, process sales, and assist customers with financing when required.

You will participate in opening and closing duties, ensure cash handling accuracy, and strive to meet sales goals while creating a welcoming guest experience.

Requirements include US work authorization, 18+ years old, and a high school diploma or equivalent; one year of customer service or sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience, preferred
• Ability to lift, tug, and pull 25 IBS with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Aid customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPIâ€s and performance standards.
• Aid in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
