Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a dedicated team member to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a retail setting. The role involves processing sales, assisting customers with credit and financing, and maintaining accurate cash handling from opening to closing.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of customer service or sales experience, be legally eligible to work in the US, and capable of lifting up to 25 lbs. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Ability to lift, tug and pull 25 lbs with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding service experience for every customer and guest.
• Accurately and efficiently process sales orders, adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Assist customers with credit applications and financing matters as required.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, align to KPI’s and performance standards.
• Assist in store opening and closing activities, including cash reconciliation.
