Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a store associate to help merchandize, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will support the customer shopping experience by collaborating with the ALDI team and delivering excellent service.

Starting at $19.50 per hour with incremental increases in Year 2 through Year 5, this role involves heavy customer interactions, operating POS equipment, and upholding ALDI policies and safety standards while maintaining a welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prioritize customer service and merchandise presentation to support store goals.
• Operate POS system to scan items, process purchases, and handle cash.
• Follow ALDI policies, cash procedures, and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms and maximize sales.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide exceptional service.
• Operate cash register, handle transactions, and ensure accurate receipts.
• Open lanes, assist with curbside orders, and maintain clean, organized aisles.
• Support store management in maintaining safety and loss-prevention standards.
