ALDI USA is seeking a dedicated store associate to support merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleanliness across the store. You will collaborate with the team to provide exceptional customer service and maintain a welcoming shopping environment.

The role is full-time with starting wage of $18.50 per hour and average 30+ hours weekly. Wage increases occur in years 2–5, reflecting pathway for earnings growth.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service required.
• Ability to operate store equipment (cash registers, baler, pallet jacks, handheld devices).
• Interpret ALDI policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in-store.
• Stock shelves and merchandise according to planograms.
• Operate POS system and process purchases accurately.
• Assist management in loss prevention and safety.
• Ensure checkout lanes are efficient and open additional lanes as needed.
• Complete curbside pickup orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness and inventory procedures.
