As a full-time role with an average of 30+ hours per week, starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with wage increases in years 2-5 up to $22.00. This position emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, etc.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies and procedures.
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stocks products according to planograms.
• Operate POS to process customer purchases accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist store management as needed.
• Maintain clean and organized shelves and store areas.
