Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with customers.
• Supports a positive store culture with honesty and respect.
• Accurately rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash per SOP.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and follows procedures.
• Prepares merchandise for the sales floor per company standards.
• Initiates store recovery and addresses issues throughout the day.
• Keeps the store clean and organized; participates in overall cleanliness.
• Provides and accepts recognition and constructive feedback.
• Follows labor laws, policies, and procedures.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
