Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our baby essentials, and help them prepare for the school year.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Confidently and proactively resolve issues for customers in a busy retail environment.
• Meet customer needs by assisting with omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipment as needed.
• Articulate current promotional events and the brand loyalty program, including credit, to customers.
• Minimize store loss by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe, clean store.
