Qualifications

• Customer service experience or strong engagement skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to assist with omnichannel shopping experiences.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and explain product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and balance multiple customers.
• Assist customers with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales at the register and complete transactions.
• Restock and replenish floors as needed.
• Explain promotions and the brand loyalty program.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize losses.
