Job summary

Carter’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the first face of the brand for growing families. You’ll greet customers, introduce baby essentials, and assist with school readiness products in a welcoming retail environment.

In this role you’ll help customers with omnichannel shopping, process transactions, and participate in floor replenishment while upholding brand standards. A positive, service‑oriented mindset is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability including days, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and help them with product styles, features, and benefits.
• Resolve customer issues promptly in a busy retail setting.
• Assist customers with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Process sales transactions at the register and assist with floor replenishment.
• Explain current promotions and the Carter’s loyalty program to customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store to minimize loss and enhance safety.
