Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide product assistance.
• Confidently resolve customer issues and manage multiple customers in a busy environment.
• Assist with omnichannel shopping to ensure a positive experience.
• Operate point of sale/register transactions accurately.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty program to customers.
• Minimize store loss by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a clean, safe store.
