• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm greeting and provide assistance with products.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and balance multiple customers in a busy store.
• Assist with omnichannel needs to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Execute and expedite point of sale/register transactions.
• Complete floor replenishment and shipments as needed.
• Explain current promotions and loyalty program details to customers.
• Maintain a safe, clean store and minimize loss through quality service.
