Responsibilities

• Processes freight.
• Assists with price changes and markdowns.
• Balances register according to policy.
• Bag merchandise efficiently at checkout.
• Handle cash, checks and credit cards per policy.
• Obtain management approval for returns, voids, and checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping per duties assigned.
• Provide customer service: greet customers, assist with fitting room policies, ring transactions, and invite returns.
• Follow all safety procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and wear name tag.
• Assist management in merchandising the sales floor according to stock level.
• Explain exchange/refund policies to customers after transactions.
• Support Loss Prevention efforts and report incidents.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
