Job summary

Michaels Keene, NH is seeking a friendly Store Team Member to help customers find products, provide fast checkout, and explain our Rewards program. You’ll unload trucks, stock shelves, and keep the store well merchandised, aligning with Brand Promises.

This role requires good communication, ability to stand for long periods, and willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with training provided to support omni-channel

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; handle cash to standards.
• Engage customers in Rewards program enrollments and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Educate customers on VOC survey; drive omni-channel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) maintenance.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and perform store recovery to brand standards.
• Support shrink and safety programs; adhere to SOPs and company policies.
• Interact professionally with customers and team members; model company values.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
