Job summary

Michaels in West Lebanon, NH is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure fast checkouts. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, maintain planograms, and participate in omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience, are comfortable standing long periods, and can handle cash handling to standards while promoting rewards programs and company policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least sixteen (16) years old.
• Ability to stand for long periods and assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers shop.
• Ensure fast and friendly checkout experience and handle cash to standards.
• Unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain store layout (POGs).
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards; assist with omnichannel processes (BOPIS/SFS).
• Support safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
