Job summary

Qualifications

• General knowledge of all department's products is desired.
• Departments include Cashier, Clothing, Receiver, Sporting Goods, Tack & Feed, Yard.
• Team Members may be assigned to a primary department but assist in others.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers as they enter the building and throughout the store.
• Listen to customer needs and respond in a friendly, professional manner.
• Strive to create a positive experience by being attentive, patient and respectful.
• Address issues promptly with support from management to find effective solutions.
• Stock and organize products; replenish shelves and keep displays neat and labeled.
• Process customer transactions using computer systems.
• Assist customers with product availability and loyalty accounts.
• General cleaning and upkeep of all areas; use professional communication on phones and radios.
