Fourteen Foods Career Center in Wisconsin is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, supervise team members, and ensure quality guest experiences. The role emphasizes adherence to brand standards and hands-on involvement in shift leadership.

You will develop management skills, handle customer issues, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining food safety and hygiene standards. A reliable driver’s license and ability to work evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service and food products following brand standards.
• Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities.
