Job summary

Fourteen Foods Career Center in Wisconsin is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will deliver quality customer service and food products while upholding Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen standards to enhance every guest visit.

You will assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities, coordinating shifts, ensuring safety, and maintaining high service and cleanliness. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as restaurant Shift Manager or Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Background check and motor vehicle record check required.
• Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.

• Provide quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.
