Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.

• Sales skills to promote additional services and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, understand needs, explain quick lube services and pricing.
• Present oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Connect referrals for conversion to full-service repairs at sister stores.
• Keep customers informed about service status and completion times.
• Prepare and present invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and services performed.
• Communicate with lube technicians to relay requests and ensure timely service.
• Inform customers about promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure waiting area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Address and resolve issues promptly and effectively, ensuring safety.
