Sun Auto Tire & Service is hiring a Quick Lube Service Advisor (QLSA) to greet customers, understand their service needs, and guide them through quick lube options with clear estimates. This customer-facing role emphasizes strong communication and organizational skills in a fast-paced shop environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a valid driver’s license, be at least 18, and commit to five days per week, including weekends. Company offers comprehensive benefits and advancement opportunities.

• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends.
• Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships.
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage appointments, maintain records, and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Problem-solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally.
• Sales Skills: Ability to recommend additional services and promotions to customers based on their needs.
• Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with lube technicians and other team members.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers warmly, promptly, and assist them with their service needs.
• Present oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations.
• Connect referrals for conversion to full-service repairs.
• Keep customers informed about service status and completion times.
• Prepare and present invoices, process payments, and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate with lube technicians to relay customer requests and ensure timely service delivery.
• Inform customers about current promotions, discounts, and loyalty programs.
• Ensure the waiting area is clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Address and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and effectively.
