Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products is seeking a Project Lead to act as the voice of the customer from estimate through on-site delivery. You will coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation, while monitoring costs and ensuring contract compliance.

Based at the Elgin, IL plant, this role requires leading cross-functional teams, scheduling, and driving projects to completion with a focus on customer satisfaction and timely execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required; Civil Eng preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Experience in construction or precast concrete industry.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of the customer from estimate to on-site delivery.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and transportation.
• Schedule with production to meet customer ship dates in AX.
• Lead meetings and ensure complete information and paperwork.
• Monitor project costs and compliance with contract documents.
