Responsibilities

• Keep customers informed on status, timing, and changes while following through on commitments.
• Help customers understand countertop options, including product choices and add-ons.
• Bridge between customers, sales, production, scheduling, and installation teams to ensure actionable details.
• Manage multiple projects, organizing schedules, approvals, documentation, and communications.
• Enter and maintain complete project information in internal systems for timely execution.
• Review specifications, identify missing or conflicting details, and coordinate corrections before work moves forward.
• Listen to customer concerns, stay composed, and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Anticipate risks and communicate changes promptly to keep projects moving toward outcomes.
