Cutting Edge Countertops in Perrysburg, OH is hiring a dependable Countertop Installer for residential and commercial projects. You’ll learn installation techniques, lift and position countertops with a team, and progress through training to earn pay raises.

The role emphasizes safety, customer care, and quality workmanship with a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, occasional Saturdays, and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Eligibility to be insured under the company’s vehicle insurance policy
• The ability to safely lift and move heavy materials weighing 100 pounds or more, with team assistance and lifting equipment as needed

• The ability to pass a background check, DOT physical, and pre-employment drug screening

Responsibilities

• Work alongside experienced installers to learn proper countertop installation techniques.
• Help safely unload, transport, and position countertops using team assistance and lifting equipment.
• Learn to take accurate measurements and follow project plans.
• Assist with installations while developing the skills needed to meet company quality standards.
• Use tools and equipment safely and follow company safety procedures.
• Keep tools, work areas, and company vehicles clean, organized, and ready for the next job.
• Treat customers and their property with care and professionalism.
• Safely operate company vehicles when qualified and assigned.
