Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or project coordination in home improvement or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Reading basic blueprints and taking field measurements is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers (in-person, phone, and email), qualify leads, schedule showroom appointments, and assist with material/color selections.
• Prepare quotes, take measurements (or coordinate with install teams), and create proposals using quoting tools.
• Schedule countertop measures and coordinate with production to maintain timelines.
• Manage job files, communicate updates to customers, and resolve issues promptly.
• Help maintain a clean, organized showroom and assist with samples and displays.
• Process paperwork and update job management systems, supporting sales and operations teams.
• Conduct pre- and post-installation quality checks and gather customer feedback.
