Leslie's in Sauget, IL is seeking a Production Planning and Inventory Control professional to act as the customer representative, optimize demand planning, and coordinate cross-functional teams to meet client requirements.

The role requires a BS in a related field and 5+ years in manufacturing planning, with strong Excel skills and SAP familiarity. On-site position with relocation assistance not provided; candidates must reside within commuting distance.

Competenze

• BS in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Production Planning and Inventory Control in manufacturing.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience implementing systems and processes within an organization.
• Direct experience dealing with customers and customer issues.
• Familiarity with SAP and similar systems a plus.
• Versatility, flexibility, and willingness to work within changing priorities.

• Act as the customer's representative to optimize the customer experience and planning.
• Lead point of contact for all customer account matters.
• Plan production based on customer forecasts and track demand.
• Manage customer inventory against production demands and forecast.
• Collaborate with Production Planning, Manufacturing, QA and Sales to meet client needs.
