Coric Equipment is seeking a Parts Analyst to assist customers with parts, take orders, provide quotes, and ensure satisfaction. The role includes inventory management, ordering, and locating out-of-stock parts for prompt delivery.

You will handle customer interactions, process orders, and coordinate with vendors. This is a full-time on-site position based in Midlothian, VA, offering benefits and weekly pay via direct deposit.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in person and over the phone, answering questions about parts.
• Take customer orders via third-party websites and verify part availability.
• Process quotes and close sales.
• Locate out-of-stock parts and coordinate vendor authorizations.
• Create returns paperwork and manage vendor communications.
• Assist with inventory tracking, shelving, and storage.
• Follow up with customers on order status and delivery.
• Operate inventory management and order entry software.
• Support general warehouse duties as needed.
