Job summary

Crownstone Equipment seeks a detail-oriented Parts Specialist to support daily parts operations at our Frederick branch. You will assist customers with parts, process orders, and maintain accurate inventory to keep service and sales running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is organized, customer-focused, and comfortable multi-tasking while supporting internal teams. Experience with Bobcat® or similar equipment is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in parts sales, inventory management, or service support.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with parts selection, pricing, and availability.
• Answer incoming calls and greet customers in the parts department with professionalism.
• Research parts in the inventory system to ensure correct orders.
• Stock incoming inventory and maintain organized storage for easy retrieval.
• Communicate with the Parts Manager about inventory levels, special orders, and restocking needs.
• Collaborate with the service team to anticipate parts requirements and support efficient workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of all parts sales, returns, and inventory adjustments.
