Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process quotes, orders, returns, and other order management activities with accuracy.
• Prepare product discrepancy specifications for customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Understand and implement contractual agreements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Applications Engineering, and Operations to meet customer requirements.
• Communicate professionally with strong grammar and sentence structure.
• Respond promptly across customers, markets, and segments.
• Participate in training, testing, and project work.
