Job summary

Total Wine & More is hiring a Merchandiser to support store operations in a fast-paced retail environment. You will merchandise, manage inventory, and assist online orders and curbside pickups while delivering exceptional customer service.

Applicants should have 1–3 years in retail, be comfortable using POS systems and inventory software, and be able to work flexible hours including weekends. Physical requirements include standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a retail setting preferred.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Walk, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and maximize product inventory; assist with online operations and curbside delivery where required.
• Engage customers, greet and provide product knowledge to build relationships.
• Help with front-end duties, stocking, signage, and end caps; support with ingress/egress and store safety.
• Deliver orders safely if delivery is an essential function and maintain compliance with all regulations.
