Job summary

Chubb is seeking a customer service associate for our Missouri operations. You’ll be the first contact for customers, answering billing questions, processing payments, and helping with portal login and navigation.

Training will cover Chubb product offerings and systems to enable you to deliver excellent service. In a fast-paced, high-volume contact center, you’ll resolve inquiries, cross-sell where appropriate, and collaborate with team members to ensure accuracy and timely responses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1–2 years in customer service.
• Experience in a high-volume call center is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and multiple systems.
• Ability to handle billing inquiries and payments.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with billing questions and payments.
• Guide portal login and navigation for clients.
• Provide accurate information and assist with inquiries via calls, chats, and emails.
• Meet productivity and quality standards in a fast-paced center.
• Possess flexibility to work 40 hours/wk including Saturday shifts.
