Walser Collision & Glass, part of the Walser Automotive Group, is hiring for a front desk customer service role in Bloomington, MN. You will greet customers, answer calls, perform light filing, data entry, and handle payments while supporting the repair workflow and file management.

Responsibilities

• Greet and direct customers when they arrive at the front
• Answer incoming calls
• Light filing and data entry
• Receipt of money
• Page for available sales reps
• Ensure a constant supply of repair files
• Manage receivables
• Manage incoming appointments (prepping folders and ensuring appointments are properly marked as Show/No Show)
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
